"Ovingo" is an egg holder which relieves the process of preparing.

The egg can be clamped in securely between the two surfaces. "Ovingo" can be placed with the egg into boiling water for cooking the egg.

The wood element at the back protects the fingers from the heat.
An additional feature is that the plane surface on top can be used to guide the knife to cut the top of the egg.
